- Work closely with Growth Marketing stakeholders to develop in-product growth and rewards.
- Be a hands-on leader with strong craft to provide clear direction to your team and produce high quality work at speed.
- Ensure Design, Product, and Engineering (and other functions) work well together and are aligned on shared goals for planning and project work.
- Directly manage developers through identifying career and development opportunities.
- Establish a strong culture on your team and help to mature our engineering practices.
- Create clarity through shared rituals, strong communication and context.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience leading engineering teams of 4+ engineers.
- Experience building client-facing experiences for mobile and web.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth company and/or experience working in consumer fintech.
