An Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for the success of their book of business. Your mission is to help customers grow by driving value and providing creative solutions to their business problems using our strong portfolio of products and services. Success is measured by specific key performance indicators such as client adoption, engagement, growth and retention individually and as a department.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve quarterly growth and retention goals
  • Own overall relationship with the customer post sale
  • Drive adoption and engagement through consulting and strategizing with your clients through meaningful touchpoints like business reviews.
  • Analyze client use-cases and recommend best practices to optimize product usage, adoption and ROI
  • Ability to manage and prioritize customer requests and internal responsibilities to meet KPI’s, (Retention, Growth and Adoption)
  • Work with onboarding managers and implementation to ensure a seamless transition into live status.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of inbound customer requests, align them with internal resources and anticipate their business needs.
  • Identify challenges and engage in proactive client meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and to align business goals
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fair Housing Standards Training is required and will be administered for this position

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success / Account Management / Sales), ideally for enterprise software, service or Software as a Service (SaaS) company
  • Ability to manage complex issues and coordinate solutions across multiple business channels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to present to clients, peers and superiors
  • Proactive, well-organized, and strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about customer success and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Strong team player
