We are currently looking for a part-time Event Marketing Freelancer, up to 100 hours per month.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with our overall marketing goals.
  • Identify and secure relevant industry events and conferences to participate in.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, and attendee management.
  • Create engaging and informative event content, such as presentations, demos, and handouts.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials for events, including booth graphics, flyers, and promotional items.

Lead Generation and Follow-up:

  • Develop lead generation strategies for events, such as lead capture forms, surveys, and giveaways.
  • Qualify and nurture leads generated from events, ensuring timely transfer to the sales team.
  • Track and analyze event metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Online Event Management:

  • Plan and execute virtual events, including webinars, online conferences, and virtual trade shows.
  • Develop and oversee lead gen strategies for the online events.
  • Utilize virtual event platforms to create engaging and interactive experiences.
  • Monitor and manage virtual event attendance and engagement.

You have:

  • Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
