Evergreen Updates Writer
Gamurs Group, the top place to go for trustworthy and reliable information in the gaming world, is looking to hire a Part-Timed Evergreen Updates Writer to cover strategic SEO updates for our evergreen pieces. This is a fully remote position, however we do require that you reside within a North American time zone to ensure easy collaboration with our team.
The role's editorial focus will center primarily on improving the quality of evergreen content and adding to its longevity. The writer will be expected to regularly update evergreen articles for relevance, algorithm changes, SERP rankings, trends, game updates, and general changes as the industry evolves. Knowledge of SEO is not necessary, we are willing to train candidates with impressive writing skills.
Requirements:
- Fluent in the English language and an ability to write quickly & clearly
- Knowledge of and a passion for the gaming industry
- Self starter who is eager to learn and responds well to constructive criticism
Preferred qualities:
- 1-2 years of experience writing in English
- An understanding of online journalism
- A desire to learn SEO standards
Pay rate: $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
