Executive Assistant (Korean Speaking)
We are looking for a well-organized Executive Assistant(Korean Speaking) who will provide support to the CEO of Yokly to his day to day operations/schedule. As Executive Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks. A successful candidate should be able to act proactively and with minimum supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
- Helping with the backend process of the business and the foundation
- Handle administrative projects
- Arranging business/personal travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming
- commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2 years in College
- With at least 6 months of work experience in any field
- Good English communication skills and is able to write and speak in the Korean language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Platforms/ Google Platforms
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Strong time management with a sense of urgency
- Organized and self-driven
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- With back-up equipment
- With a stable internet connection and backup
- Amenable to working on a graveyard shift
