Organization: Accenture Federal Services
Location: REMOTE
Title: Federal – System Admin/Dev Ops
The Work:
- Responsible for hardening UNIX VMs Windows VMs and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI resources in coordination with Security team.
- Remediate NIST Controls using Advanced Shell Scripting Skills and Linux System Administration Skills.
- Maintains patches, intrusion detection, and hardening processes in conjunction with policies and guidelines.
- Configure, maintain, manage, and troubleshoot Unix based OS and associated components such as file systems, NTP and DNS.
- Performs performance data collection, analysis, and tuning of the operating system.
- Ensure operating environments are properly configured and functioning as expected, performing functional validation after system component modification.
- Monitor and execute the DevOps Pipelines for Code Migrations Oracle SaaS Environment.
- Coordinate and Execution of Pre-Post refresh tasks, sanity testing on Oracle SaaS environments.
- Past NIST Control Implementation and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI experience preferred.

- Previous hardening/: NIST Control implementation in Oracle Linux and OCI components

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $ 82,400 - $133,700
Colorado: $ 82,400 - $115,500
New York City: $ 95,400 - $133,700
Washington: $ 87,800 - $122,900
