Field Marketing Specialist
About the Role
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on a high-performing go-to-market team? We're searching for a Field Marketing Rockstar with the energy and creativity to plan and execute top-shelf regional events that drive brand awareness and fill our sales pipeline.
We have a strong preference for candidates based in the San Francisco area or in Austin, TX because ideally this person would be able to occasionally meet up with other members of the marketing team.
What You'll Do:
- Event Mastermind: Throw well-coordinated, pipeline-driven events that knock the socks off our prospects, partners, and customers.
- Sales Sidekick: Support our regional sales team with effective field-based marketing programs and event campaigns. Your mission: build awareness, nurture leads, and speed up opportunities all in sync with our sales goals.
- Campaign Connoisseur: Research, plan, and execute demand generation campaigns and activities with clear goals and success criteria including webinars, LinkedIn lives, monthly demos, thought leadership roadshows, and events. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and execute the end-to-end campaigns yourself in Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Logistics Guru: Handle all the details of event logistics from automation, emails, and landing pages to themes, swag, staffing, and lead generation.
- Communication Champ: Share goals and key info before, during, and after events, including pre-show preparation, debriefs, and reporting.
- Budget Boss: Keep an eye on and manage the quarterly event budget, ensuring we hit our goals within our defined budget.
- Results Reporter: Track and report on the program pipeline and performance results against quarterly and annual targets.

- An excellent communicator who can keep everyone in the loop and on the same page.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Prior experience using Hubspot (or similar marketing automation tool) and Salesforce.

- Competitive salary starting at $80,000 USD/ year. This starting number can be increased based on levels of expertise, location, cost of living, taxes, market experience, etc.
