Summary

This position is responsible for maximizing sales growth in the Mid-Atlantic United States through distribution and direct. We need a person who is a motivated, self-starter who excels at working remotely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Advocate for the needs of the customer base

Lead and manage sales activities

Provide technical solutions, support, and assistance to the customer base

Provide customer feedback and needs to the organization to assist in the planning process

Cultivate relationships with industry partners to strengthen our position in the marketplace

Maintain all aspects of the product sales cycle

Utilize the Value Sell philosophy

Expected Outcomes

Increased sales for assigned region via established customers, development of new customers and distribution partners

Maintain and curate funnel of opportunities in Salesforce

Job Requirements:

Compensation


Base pay range: $100,000-$110,000


This salary range is provided in good faith and is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.


Knowledge/Skills Requirements

Strong oral and written communication skills

Competency in asking probing questions and interpreting the responses to understand true customer needs.

Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint

Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities

Ability to analyze data, form strategic plans and execute at the tactical level

Detail oriented

Ability to work with different cultures

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent industry experience. MBA a plus

Minimum of 5 years successful Motion Control (electrical and/or mechanical) Sales or Marketing Experience
