About the role:

This role sits within ZEPZ’s Financial Control team, as a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivering accurate and complete financial reports across our many subsidiaries around the world and Group based in the UK.

As a member of ZEPZ Financial Control team you will aim high, embrace challenges and always do what’s right; acting with integrity and building trust as you contribute to the company’s technical direction and long term decision making. 

What you will own:

Reporting to the Financial Control Finance Manager, you will: 

  • Manage a number of monthly accounting processes;
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and pro-actively investigate any discrepancies;
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to make accounting processes more efficient;
  • Learn our accounting policies and ensure they are correctly applied in our accounting records;
  • Support financial audits by providing accurate and timely information to auditors;
  • Provide variance analysis on areas of responsibility, identifying the cause and any potential further impact;
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support the wider Financial Control team.

What you bring to the table: 

  • Strong interest in a career in accountancy;
  • High quality numeracy, with good attention to detail;
  • Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal;
  • Good knowledge and some experience of IT (documents, presentations, spreadsheets);
  • Knowledge of accounting and business concepts, with some experience.
