About the Role:

The individual in this role will have three key focus areas: communicate product and portfolio progress to leaders on a monthly basis, support day-to-day business management operations with a focus towards enhancing efficiency and lead ad-hoc special projects and coordinate key forums.

This individual will be responsible for collaborating with all CCB Product teams and executives to communicate progress across a variety of functional activities including portfolio status, key roadmap updates, customer experience, etc. They will also partner with various stakeholders to track and communicate key metrics and results and liaison into the Agility Office to further streamline centralized reporting and updates.

This unique role will allow a multi-faceted candidate to join an entrepreneurial team supported by the assets of JPMC to build and oversee senior level management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Reporting :

Manage, oversee, and deliver central reporting of key Digital metrics/updates to CCB Leadership.

Build, iterate and maintain the monthly Executive Management Report (EMR) and Portfolio and Product Reviews (PPR).

Lead the timely creation of the EMR and PPR reports across various Digital Product teams and Portfolios.

Partner and collaborate with multiple Digital Product teams and executives to gather the necessary data and communicate progress to leadership monthly.

Work closely with the Product Community, Finance, Technology, Controls, Data & Analytics and Design Leads to ensure that Digital reporting is accurate and in sync with CCB-wide best practices.

Review existing processes and elevate, advocate, and integrate best practices across the organization.

Supplementary Activities :

Special projects: Lead project management from project start through project completion for special ad hoc projects for F&BM.

Agility Transformation Projects: Lead projects for organizational changes associated with the introduction of Agile and Product Aligned Architecture.

Business Management oversight of day-to-day operations, including coordination and support of key forums across Digital. Identify new practices and processes to enhance operations (e.g., dashboards, automation strategies, etc.).

Qualifications:

4+ years of Project Management, Business Management/Operations or Scrum Master experience involving complex business, operations, and technology delivery.

Executive presence and a thought leader able to influence and advocate for their views/ideas.

Prior experience in financial services industry preferred including LOB, business process and procedures knowledge.

Demonstrated strong ability to analyze problems, quantitative analytics against large data sets

Communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written).

Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills to work in cross-functional teams.

Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers; eagerness to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment.

Must have excellent and efficient skills using Microsoft tools; esp. MS Excel and PowerPoint, Jira and Tableau preferred.
