What you'll do:
Anderson Optimization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. Our Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in the company's financial operations, working closely with the leadership team to drive strategic financial initiatives and ensure the organization's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting and Financial Planning:
- Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and comprehensive budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for all budget-related inquiries and tracking activities.
- Oversee monthly FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) process and create insightful narratives for each month's financial performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Establish robust reporting procedures, both internal and external to PVcase (if applicable), ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Generate detailed financial reports, analyze key financial metrics, and provide actionable insights to aid decision-making processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of AO's financial data and translate it into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations.
Financial Consolidation:
- Represent AO in financial consolidation activities, collaborating with internal teams and, if necessary, external partners.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Work closely with the Accounting team to maintain accurate financial records and resolve any discrepancies.
Finance Consultation:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all finance-related inquiries within the organization.
- Provide expert guidance on financial matters, offering strategic advice to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in finance roles, preferably as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Controller, or Finance Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Exceptional spreadsheet skills and experience working with financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Benefits
- Starting salary range is set at $95-120k
- Salary range is based on years of experience, experience in industry, and relevant skill set.
