About the Role
We are seeking a Manager of Finance, Pharmacy Operations to join our team and lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities related to our pharmacy operations. You’re excited about this opportunity because…
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities related to our pharmacy operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support decision-making and business planning for our pharmacy operations
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reporting to senior management and external stakeholders
- Oversee the accounting and financial close process for our pharmacy operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all accounting transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy operations, supply chain, and product, to drive process improvements and streamline financial operations
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements for our pharmacy operations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members to promote professional development and growth
We’re excited about you because…
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Experience in healthcare or pharma industries preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience analyzing pharmacy operations data
- Knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements for pharmacy operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
