ABOUT THE ROLE
The role reports to the Financial Analyst, and will be responsible for ensuring ALU’s financial sustainability by helping the CFO control and foster the achievement of the Key results linked to all these objectives for 2026. You are responsible for repostings to the stakeholders, for the organization budgeting and forecasting process, and piloting ALU’s financial model. You will lead key tasks such as timely processing of stakeholders reporting , receiving, reviewing, and analyzing monthly management accounts and will be in charge of all
financial dashboards. In addition, you will work closely to the Financial Analyst to ensure we deliver all the required services to business units.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You have experience building financial models, a passion to learn and grow and are well known for your high attention to detail. You are looking forward to working in a highly autonomous role, using project management skills. The following are, among others, the main responsibilities that apply to the position:
● Provide analytical support, perform financial reporting and forecasting
● Analyze financial data and produce monthly reports, including key metrics and financial results
● Monitor the whole organization budget and guide cost analysis processes
● Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans, forecasts, market and comparable companies
● Track Kpi’s and implement dashboards working with in close collaboration with the ALU data team
● Assist business units leaders in developing and analyzing financial models for the financial profitability of their BU or projects
● Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
● Assist and support the CFO in special projects
REQUIREMENTS
● 2-3 years of working experience in financial analysis
● A Bachelor’s degree (minimum)● High level proficiency using Excel Google Sheets and databases
● Analysis and data query skills are a must
● Project management skills, particularly strong work planning, prioritization, time management, scheduling and organization skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
