Job Description
Your mission at IntegriChain:
As the Financial Analyst, you will be working closely with the senior members of the finance team, you will assist in various aspects of the financial planning process, from monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements, to critical ad-hoc analysis that will further business decision making.
The role requires you to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic, changing financial environment. The successful candidates will be expected to adapt and perform ad-hoc requests and special projects as well as normal monthly/quarterly management reporting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting – Assist in the regular preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analytics. Create visually appealing reports and presentations, that have the same look and feel across all deliverables
- Budgeting and Forecasting - Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing finance models, gathering data, and conducting analysis as needed
- Variance Analysis – analyze actual financial performance vs forecasts and budgets and provide business unit-level insights to management
- Financial Modeling – Develop, maintain, and clean financial models to support the reporting and analysis process, and create efficiencies where applicable
- Ad-hoc analysis – conduct ad-hoc analysis and on-the-fly reporting that provides actionable recommendations
- Due Diligence – create, analyze, reconcile data, and work closely with outside parties on any potential M&A activity
- Collaboration – collaborate with Accounting, People and Culture (HR), Sales, R&D, and the product teams to gather relevant financial data and insights
Qualifications
What you’ll need to thrive in this role:
- Highly motivated, demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and resilience
- Sound understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes
- Proactive self-starter and team player who can work well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics, and communicate results effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates high standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Exposure to SaaS and Subscription revenue models a plus.
- Strong spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Skilled in problem-solving, analysis, and decision making
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelors in Finance or Accounting: CPA and/or advanced degree is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with the above or similar responsibilities
