We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Strategy and Finance team to be a part of building a data-driven product and service culture at MedArrive.
About the Financial Analyst Role:
As a Financial Analyst on the MedArrive Strategy and Finance team, you will be an integral part of building out the financial planning and analysis infrastructure that powers our corporate strategy from the ground up. You will work with amazing colleagues, develop financial models and reports to solve challenging problems and communicate insights that have a substantial impact. What you'll do:
- Closely partner with department leads and cross-functional working groups to support analysis, forecast, and report on the financial impact of decisions across the company.
- Advanced Financial Modeling skill: Maintain and iterate our financial model to make sure it reflects our evolving business model.
- Support strategic decisions, including projects on LTV / CAC, unit economics, capacity modeling, and other data-driven analysis.
- Support the annual budgeting processes and rolling forecasts activities.
- Deep understanding of Financial Statement. Collaborate with Accounting on periodic financial
- reporting.
- Assist Finance leadership with content generation and preparation to support monthly OKR
- reporting, board presentations, business reviews, and other high-level meetings.
- Support financial administration workflows as necessary.
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of combined experience within investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or healthcare space
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, ownership, and confidentiality
- Effective communication skills
- Expert in Excel (VBA macros, data validation, complex modeling)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance or Accounting, Economics or related field
- Risk Adjustment model knowledge either Medicare or Medicaid is preferred not not required
