About the Role

As a Financial Analyst on our FP&A Finance Team, you will own a critical role in optimizing operational processes, providing decision support, and enhancing financial performance as a Financial Analyst, with key objectives including regional budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning support.

To drive success in this role, you will have proven analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, familiarity data analysis, knowledge of financial systems (such as Adaptive or NetSuite), and a track record of success in managing stakeholders, preferably in a startup/growth company environment. As the Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing overall financial performance. Regular collaboration with the broader finance team and department leaders will be key in ensuring the finance team is able to support the business in achievement of the company goals.

What will your day look like? You will...

  • Support the regional budgeting and planning for functional spend, such as headcount, opex, and capex for various departments across the company
  • Provide decision support for headcount and third-party contractor budgets
  • Build and maintain key financial reports, institute tools to track performance of key financial indicators
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reporting by function for each division across Americas, EMEA and APAC
  • Support the finance and business teams with crucial financial metrics and key business analysis
  • Play a central role in the coordination of our FP&A processes
  • Prepare executive-grade financial reporting, summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Leverage financial systems to institute and automate weekly/monthly reports
  • Partner effectively with the accounting team to assist in the close process by owning allocations of key financials
  • Assist in the quarterly and annual strategic planning process
  • Assist in the execution of company wide FP&A related initiatives. 

To help us level up, you'll ideally have:

  • 2 or more years in financial analysis and planning
  • Knowledge of financial systems (Adaptive, Netsuite, or similar)Ability to understand and articulate cost drivers, as well as potential saving initiatives.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with ability to zoom in and out from the details, with a good holistic view to identify and summarize the key takeaways.
  • Experience in working in a startup/growth company, preferably in an international environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience working with SQL and mining large data sets, interest in coding/ automation preferred

*The salary range for this role in NYC is between $66,500and $89,500. All roles are eligible to receive equity.
