ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Financial Analyst to join our Real Estate team for the DACH market. This role will primarily focus on real estate financial analysis and investment analysis, requiring a strong understanding of financial principles, market trends, and hospitality and real estate strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, valuation models, and risk assessments.
- Evaluate market trends, economic indicators, and industry data to inform investment decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on portfolio & asset optimization
- Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investors.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential deal opportunities, including financial modelling, market research, and risk analysis.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes, market developments, and industry best practices related to real estate investment and financial analysis.
- Responsible for Creating, Managing & Maintaining property-related data, into the CRM system
ABOUT YOU
- Fluent English + German is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or real estate finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, Power Point, G-Suite and other analytical tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of real estate investment principles, market dynamics, and valuation methods.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts and analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) are a plus.
