What you will do
✔ Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals across different locations
✔ Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for multiple legal entities
✔ Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP)
✔ Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
✔ Monitor and manage foreign currency transactions and exposures ensuring accurate translation of financial statements from various currencies
Who you are
✔ Someone with extensive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
✔ Someone with extensive experience in managing financial operations for multiple legal entities in different currencies.
✔ Someone with strong knowledge of international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements
✔ Someone who has come from a SaaS or subscriptions based business
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
