Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

As an FP&A manager you will lead the budgeting and the reporting cycle for Bitrise. You will be the direct support to CFO and the wider Senior Leadership Team and support us in making data driven decisions at all times. 

On a day to day you will coordinate the production of consolidated financial reporting and you will manage the budgeting/forecasting process for all the entities and communicate over-/under-performance to the budget owners. Beyond the standard reporting tasks, you will be able to impact wider by helping shape finance processes through data analytics and shape our internal dashboards and board reporting.

What you will be actually doing? 

  • Support period-end closing and manage the close consolidation
  • Run the budget process from start to finish including rolling forecasts 
  • Build long term forecasts
  • Support US GAAP reporting accuracy
  • Oversee and shape R2R in NetSuite
  • Coordinate finance process implementations
  • Support CFO & Senior Leadership Team in decision making
  • Building and managing reporting dashboards
  • Own the KPIs & Metrics across the business
  • Help all teams to move to data driven decision making

Requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in FP&A or related areas with minimum of 5 years in FP&A
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • High level of expertise in financial modelling.
  • US GAAP Experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Solid knowledge in ERP and Excel/Google Sheets
  • A genuine interest in rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
  • Self Starter
