FlexPLM/Retail PLM Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in PLM Functional and Technical Knowledge PLM Data Migration AWS Migration tools and Flex PLM customization skills. Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management and data migration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of PLM data migration projects to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Flex PLM customization skills
  • Oversee the implementation of PLM solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in AWS to optimize cloud-based PLM solutions.
  • Utilize migration tools effectively to facilitate data transfer and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for PLM projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for PLM processes and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of PLM systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to PLM systems and data migration.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in PLM and data migration.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance PLM capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in PLM Functional Knowledge PLM Data Migration AWS Migration tools and Flex PLM.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing and executing complex data migration projects.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in using AWS for cloud-based solutions.
  • Have a good understanding of Supply Chain Management principles.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Show experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

The annual salary for this position is between $1,05,000 – $1,50,000 depending on experience, current job role and realtime experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
