Jobbatical is looking for an ambitious and resourceful Account Executive to support our go-to-market in the United States.
Our team is on a mission to increase net talent mobility in the world and the best way of doing that is by making the hardest part of relocating to another country – immigration – ridiculously easy.
Our software helps fast growing companies who raise money, multinationals who move people internally, startups and scaleups manage their international relocations on time everytime, no dramas!
We help clients like N26, Pipedrive, Travelperk, and Twilio to relocate people from dozens of countries.
Job Description
You will be our first Account Executive who will launch the US market! You will run market sales, including client acquisition, activation and retention, consistently increasing the market recurring revenue.
You will also handle the lead generation, sales calls, demos, updating our CRM database, meeting new business and MRR targets, and providing the best customer experience to our clients.
You will orchestrate creative outreach campaigns with the support of an SDR and design our go-to-market strategy to increase sales in the United States.
You'll have access to tools and resources to help you generate meetings and close business.
On any given day, you might:
- Do a few sales demos with prospects
- Prepare sales proposals to send over
- Respond to and execute on follow-ups
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Maintain and improve our CRM (we love Pipedrive!)
- Support outreach strategy and turn leads into opportunities
- Anticipate potential client issues and coordinate with the team to solve them
- Prepare action plans to meet revenue and MRR goals
Qualifications
What makes you successful in this position:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the US. Bonus points if you also have experience in HR sales or Global Mobility
- We are a tech product company, and it would be great if your previous experience is tech-related
- Experience in prospect research, lead generation and lead nurturing
- You must have professional proficiency in English
- You know how to meticulously maintain leads and opportunities updated in a CRM platform
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue-focused sales objectives
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling email outreach sequences and thoughtful email follow-up that adds value to the prospect
- Strong note-taking abilities; create clear action items and execute follow-up
- Exceptional active listening skills, with a true desire to help clients
- Tenacious, positive, and earnest personality
