About us

We are a fast-growing team on a mission to reimagine the analytical workflow and make data accessible to all.

The Count canvas combines the power of a data notebook with the collaborative workflow of digital whiteboards. We’re often referred to as the “Figma for data” because of the way Count transforms the way data teams work and communicate with the wider business through greater transparency and trust.

We launched in September 2022 and have seen the canvas concept explode with over 28k canvases created to date and some of Europe’s best startups such as Cleo, BeautyPie, TooGoodToGo, and Omnipresent join us as customers.

We’re now looking for passionate, creative people to help us shape the direction of the business and help us grow.

What you'll do

As our founding SDR at Count.co, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving outbound lead generation to deliver qualified new business opportunities.
  • Engaging and nurturing leads through a multi-channel approach: phone, email, social media, networking, and more.
  • Collaborating with GTM team to craft strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Keeping the CRM system (HubSpot) up to date with accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
  • Proactively generating leads through networking, social outreach, and referrals.
  • Becoming a product expert and developing a deep understanding of target industries and organisations.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • 3+ years of experience as an SDR or in a lead-generation role within SaaS, ideally at a startup
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for hitting goals
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Eager to grow with a startup and make a meaningful impact in your role
  • Highly organised, accountable, and excellent at managing time and prioritising tasks

Our interview process will cover:

  • Initial conversation so you can ask any questions you have about Count and we can learn more about your experience and interests
  • 1 or 2 sessions with our CRO about your experience and a mock process
  • Culture fit with one of our Founders and a team member

The final meeting will take place either virtually or in London, depending on where you're based.
