Job Description
The FP&A Associate is responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, and budget support for our growing organization. The analyst must have a keen attention to detail, superior analytical capability and take an ownership approach to all tasks. This role also supports the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process that fuels the growth of Privia Health.
Primary Job Duties:
- Update financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Provide and monitor reports
- Complete ad-hoc analysis to address existing and evolving business needs
- Assist with analysis of promotional performance across key accounts
- Update key financial models with current actuals and develop monthly/quarterly forecast for remainder of the year
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience
- 1+ years experience
- Business Acumen; Understands linkage between corporate strategy and financial targets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Access skills desirable
- Must be comfortable working with large data sets
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
