You:
Reporting to VP of Finance, the FP&A Director will be providing insightful and influential analysis to assist management in making well-informed decisions, and challenge the business to make improvements, such as maximizing growth and improve financial performance.
Your Day to Day:
- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders across the different business teams on Company strategic projects
- Partner with company leadership team and key stakeholders across the different business teams on Performance management (Budget, Reporting, Analysis, Business Insights)
- Drive Performance and Growth of Feedzai’s operations, key financial trends, business drivers, KPIs and factors influencing the business performance
- Lead Reporting on the company’s overall financial health, primarily by using key financial and operational ratios and KPIs
- Proactively identify and drive new initiatives/projects to increase operational efficiencies and support rapid growth
- Lead FP&A team on communicating financial forecast risks and opportunities
- Preparing insightful reporting and analysis to support management decision making, and identify significant trends/issues.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
You Have & You Know-how:
- 8-10+ years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years in FP&A/Commercial Finance preferably within FinTech/Payments and SaaS is a plus
- Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related or Bachelors Degree
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, GSuite (Google Sheets), Financial modelling, and Data analysis
- Experience with Netsuite (or other ERP), Salesforce, and other management systems
- Knowledge of SQL, Cognos, Oracle, Tableau/GDS is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating and working on a team
- Detail oriented with strong business and analytical skills
- Strong written, and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
