Roles & Responsibilities
Location: Remote, Indian Standard Time
*Experience Level: *Intermediate level
You will hold the beacon for web development and user experience at Wysa, while helping us scale from 3 million users to 50 million users
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability across multiple environments.
- Validate all user input before submission to the backend to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance existing codebase and improve architectural design.
- Proactively identify and fix bugs, as well as refactor code to implement best practices.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of React, Redux, and their ecosystem to drive technical excellence.
- Develop reusable component libraries to streamline development processes.
- Assume technical leadership for the web platform, guiding the team towards successful outcomes.
- Build visually appealing, user-friendly, and performant new features aligned with product objectives.
- Create modular, reusable, and responsive features to enhance the overall user experience.
- Adhere to Wysa's security, privacy, and compliance policies, fostering a culture of continual improvement.
- Apply knowledge of design and coding best practices, including secure coding principles and secure SDLC.

Technical
- 2 - 3 years experience as a Frontend Developer
- Proficient in React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and TypeScript, with substantial hands-on experience in JavaScript development.
