Frontend Engineer (Mid-level)

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our InPost Logistic Solution teams. Specifically, we are searching for dedicated professionals who have fresh ideas and unique viewpoints, and who enjoy collaborating with a cross-functional and international team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences for every interaction.
Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and testing of Typescript/JavaScript.
- Take ownership of incidents and issues tracking, as well as proposing improvements to the current application and processes
- Advocate an engineering culture of quality, good development principle and best practices empowering innovation from inside your team.
- Contribute with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including System Design and RFC documents.
- Collaborate with testers, product managers and stakeholders, and be willing to mentor team members when necessary.
Qualifications
Your profile
- A solid foundation in software engineering, bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years of commercial experience.
- 3+ years of JS/TS development experience with exposure integrating with backend services (e.g. on Node.js)
- Experience building user interfaces, ideally using React.
- Experience working with/developing APIs, using GraphQL REST and/or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with traditional software development processes and tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Github/Gitlab.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational DBs (e.g. MongoDB & PostgreSQL).
- Experience working in agile methodologies.
Bonus points:
- Experience working with Cloud Services (e.g. GCP)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tooling
- Experience with web performance monitoring
- Knowledge of Next.Js and Vercel
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications
