The Role:
As a Frontend Engineer, you will be part of the essential Client Team that builds the Gametime web experience (https://gametime.co) for millions of customers. Working closely with the Product, Backend and Design teams, you will help envision, plan and implement the user experience of our web app for both desktop and mobile browsers. You will use modern frontend technologies like React, Typescript, Redux and SASS, working to ensure that our UX works seamlessly on all screen sizes and platforms.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with Design, Product and Backend teams to create and maintain the company web app
- Create efficient and reusable front-end components to drive our web application
- Design and implement SEO strategies for user acquisition
- Participate in code reviews, team ceremonies and contribute to product discussions
- Lead by example and mentor junior team members to ensure performance and goals are achieved
- Constantly explore and communicate front-end best practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written
Our ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years working full-time as a frontend engineer
- Professional experience working with React and Redux
- Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript and modern JS libraries (React, Reduct) and tooling
- Expert knowledge with CSS and modern CSS tooling (LESS, SASS, etc.)
- Team player and alignment with company core values
$151,000 - $171,000 a year
At Gametime pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
