About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer of People Operations Modernization, where you'll be instrumental in reimagining the technology that powers our People and Culture team. This position requires a versatile professional skilled in both front-end and back-end development, responsible for designing and developing web applications that streamline internal processes and improve user experience. You will handle sensitive employee and financial data, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection.
Responsibilities
- Development and Design:
- Design and build intuitive web applications to streamline operational workflows.
- Develop and integrate robust APIs (both SOAP and RESTful) for back-end functionalities and third-party services.
- Manage databases and servers to support backend infrastructure, maintaining high data security.
- Lifecycle Management and Quality Assurance:
- Oversee projects through the entire software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on maintaining data security.
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality software, regularly proposing improvements to existing products.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate technical details into business-friendly language.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on tech trends and proactively research innovative solutions to enhance development practices.
- Suggest enhancements to products based on feedback, technological advancements, and operational needs.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Support broader team goals by performing ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development, including web applications and infrastructure.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and API development (SOAP and RESTful services).
- Experience with Microservice Architecture.
- Technical Experience:
- Proficient in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ReactJS.
- Experience with JavaScript SPA frameworks (AngularJS, VueJS).
- Strong HTML/CSS skills and database management with MS SQL.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework and testing frameworks for robust testing practices.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Programming proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and JavaScript SPA frameworks.
- Database management with MS SQL and ORM technologies like Entity Framework.
- Experience with Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Analytical skills for debugging and problem-solving complex issues with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding data precision and security.
- Effective communication skills to translate technical language and collaborate with team members.

Compensation
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
$107,000 - $150,000 USD
