Your Role:
- Fix and Enhance: Identify and solve system inefficiencies.
- Build Tech Structure: Help create a scalable tech framework.
- Develop Applications: Design, build, test both front and back-end.
- Participate in Strategy: Contribute ideas in team meetings.
- Independent Work: Manage your projects with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate: Work closely with engineers and other departments.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ Years Experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering.
- Expert in Java and Angular
- Advanced SQL Skills: proficient in data manipulation.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, and Object-Oriented Design
- Strong Communication: Able to explain complex concepts.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills.
- Continuous Learner: Always updating skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Startup Experience.
- Experience with Javascript and/or Ruby
- Experienced with Spring Framework for Java
- Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes.
