About The Position:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and provide sound technical perspective in all aspects of our business. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.
We currently on the MVP development stage and our goal is for the Full Stack Developer to ensure getting ready the early version of MVP.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the co-founders to develop and implement the overall technology strategy for the company.
- Lead the technology team to achieve and exceed business goals.
- Stay abreast of new technology trends and identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
- Developing high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Creating and managing database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
- Leading technical implementation approaches, deployment strategies and QA efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or role in a startup is a huge plus.
- Experience with databases and data modeling.
- Experience in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI.
- Who understands the startup environment.
- Can do attitude.
- Great communication skills.
- Who is ready for challenges.
- Used to working with deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
