Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in React Native to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, a passion for creating impactful applications, and experience in managing small teams. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Work on the back-end development, preferably using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
- Translate design wireframes into high-quality, efficient code.
- Deploy, optimize, and maintain applications on cloud platforms like AWS.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance and scalability issues.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Mentor and guide junior developers as needed.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met with high quality.
