We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team to lead impactful projects and accelerate our growth. You'll be responsible for building and improving our web applications using different technologies such as Typescript, GraphQL, and React.
What you’ll do: Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Work hand in hand with Product and internal stakeholders to develop clear project requirements and ensure timelines are met Break down business requirements and objectives into actionable plans and tasks Be a leader in a mission driven company that is innovating outdated HR tools Architect new solutions and revitalize existing implementations in ways that allow a team of developers to implement Build, test, and ship new features and functionality utilizing Node, Sequelize, GraphQL, and React that elegantly handle data loading and interactions with an elegant interface Use the latest web technologies and tools. Our frontend application is built using TypeScript, React, and Webpack. Additionally, this role requires preferred experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and LangChain to expand our AI capabilities, further enhancing our platform’s value for People Teams.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Fluency with TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and GraphQL Deep understanding of both back end & front end technologies like webpack.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and align them with core product development objectives
- Track record of creating and iterating upon products based on customer learnings and metrics around user/customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- A team builder, team player and leader who creates loyalty, trust, and following
- Collaborative attitude and desire to contribute outside primary areas of responsibility
