You'll also be tasked with getting up to speed with the firm's main priorities. Additionally, you'll engage directly with our essential clients to forge relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, aiming to grasp their specific challenges and guarantee that we fully meet our fund accounting contractual obligations.

You'll assume operational control of the Fund Accounting function, overseeing specific client contracts and trust accounting duties. This phase includes evaluating GXE's current Fund Accounting operations, identifying and analysing gaps, and developing a strategic plan for improvement. You'll also be responsible for reporting on Fund Accounting activities to GXE Leadership and participating in quarterly planning, ensuring that Fund Accounting priorities are aligned with GXE's product development roadmap.

In the following months, you will...

Own the Fund Accounting strategy, including defining and refining the contract deliverables, being actively involved in product and platform system design and identifying opportunities for platform automation and product enhancement. Understand our sales pipeline, ensuring the Fund Accounting function is well-positioned to onboard clients and deliver on contractual commitments.
