Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies is recruiting for a Global Director of Digital Product Management within our Robotics & Digital Solutions organization. This position can be based in multiple J&J MedTech locations globally. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis if approved by the Company.

JJMT Digital is passionate about crafting the future of digital surgery by developing digital, software-based products for hospitals, clinicians, and patients. When integrated with our robotics and broad surgical portfolio of devices, these products will strive to deliver a comprehensive digital surgery experience for J&J Med Tech customers and their patients. Our vision is to build a future where medical intervention is more planned, less invasive, and more personalized. This position will lead product management efforts for specific products in our digital portfolio and directly impact re-defining patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap, VoC, and KOL Engagements

Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap to own end-to-end product success, including establishing OKRs to meet product goals.

Leading user research, market research, and incorporating insights into new product ideas. Capture deep and data-driven customer insights and develop accurate product and feature requirements for new introductions.

Build networks with key opinion leaders in the industry as well as with key team members within the company for idea generation and adoption.

Segmentation & Product Support

Tailor features in the product to meet the needs of the target customer segments.

Support and provide guidance on the creation of marketing collateral.

Business Case

Forecast revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives; build and defend business and investment cases to decision-makers, including executive management.

Lead setting OKRs for the product line and in alignment with business leadership, product, and other cross-functional team members

Product delivery and collaboration

Align and influence cross-functional teams on a product-level mission and roadmap vision.

Drive the development of products using agile software development practices for new products and iterative releases.

Own the overall delivery of products in accordance with quality management system requirements and other regulatory frameworks for unregulated and regulated software medical devices.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or related field).

10+ years of proven experience in digital/software product management, Consumer Tech, High Tech, MedTech, or Cloud Platforms.

5+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of growing future leaders.

Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities.

Experience managing business and financial targets, including reviewing product financials and participating in long-range financial planning and forecasting.

Experience in product delivery following agile software development methods and prior experience taking at least one or more products from concept to launch.

Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members.

Up to 25% travel, in the US and internationally.

Preferred:

Advanced degree

Experience working within the global medical device regulatory frameworks such as IVDR, MDR, SaMD, etc.

Experience developing software products in a Quality Management Framework in healthcare or other regulated industries.

Entrepreneurial experience building products/businesses.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $175,500.00K to $370,300.
