About the Job / What You’ll Do

As Global Paid Social Manager, you will be a key part of our User Acquisition team and directly manage our user/customer growth efforts across multiple paid social channels to support Life360 membership growth, and device sales for Jiobit, and Tile.

Ongoing optimizations and campaign management that meet and exceed business goals and objectives across our membership and hardware businesses; including budget management, account optimizations, creative insights/recommendations.

Be our internal thought-leader and resident expert within the User Acquisition team for Paid Social across key platforms.

Advocate for sustainable and profitable growth efforts across all aspects of paid social for both app and website activities.

Provide perspective and recommendations on campaign ideation, setup, execution, reporting and optimization approaches for paid social.

Proactively implement a rigorous test and learn strategy to best hit and exceed business objectives / KPIs.

Ensure that channel best practices are implemented and adjusted to changes in platform technology and learnings.

Collaborate cross functionally with our creative, organic social, martech/data teams to ensure our paid social campaigns are seamlessly performing, insights are developed and learnings are shared.

Partner with internal creative teams to develop impactful creative assets that align with our core target audience(s) and identify new audiences as needed.

Assist in forecasting paid social performance on an annual and quarterly basis and identify areas of scalability.

Lead partnership with key paid social platforms and reps including but not limited to TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest to identify opportunities and beta testing opportunities that align to business.

The salary range for this position is $126,000 to $176,000. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining final salary therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns in direct response (membership focused) and ROAS (ecommerce) spaces.

Deep expertise in Meta, Pinterest, TikTok Ads, and other paid social media platforms and have independently managed all aspects of platforms.

Command of both direct response experience and ecommerce expertise within paid social platforms and proven track record of scaling accounts at profitable Gross Margin ROAS and target CAC levels.

Experience in lead scoring campaign management and knowledge of how to leveraging post lead performance data to make optimization decisions.

Proficiency in analytics working in direct response campaigns or performance agencies.

Aptitude in managing sequenced campaign engagements and multi-touch attribution.

Proven track record of supporting high-growth campaigns with aggressive direct response / ROAS targets with large monthly budgets.

Utilization of Google analytics, pixel QA and tracking setup.

Exposure and willingness to support non-paid social channels (ie. paid search, display, programmatic, affiliate, SEO) as needed.

Past experience managing international and multi-language paid social campaigns (North America, EMEA, APAC).

Understanding of attribution models and incrementality and how to use them for ongoing in platform optimization efforts.

Bachelors degree or higher in advertising, marketing, business or statistics fields.
