Global Retention and Growth Manager (f/m/d)
Purpose of position
The Global Team is looking for a commercially focused and attention orientated Global Retention & Growth Manager to oversee the global renegotiations.
You will be the main point of contact for our global clients and their Awin support staff regarding anything Commercial or Contractual and overall will be responsible for mitigating impending client risk, whilst finding ways to encourage longer term strategies to manage client churn rates.
Key Tasks
- Responsible for facilitating the resolution of contractual and commercial disputes with existing clients, factoring in many Business-Critical requirements, and forming revenue focused plans of action ensuring Awin’s commercial requirements are met.
- Listening to client needs and problem solving, whilst working empathetically to ensure both parties walk away satisfied with the best possible outcome
- Project managing and overall accountability of any existing business RFP’s, coordinating required teams and overseeing the delivery of this at the highest possible standard.
- Ensuring the correct USP’s of Awin are communicated with Awin’s Tone of Voice and with a strong understanding of competitors tools and technology.
- Completing and coordinating any contract queries within your scope including but not limited to; Security Audits, DPA’s, T&C.
- Conducting quarterly Risk Analyses meetings
- Being proactive to develop new processes to manage key milestones within each contract, including renewals, termination and key deliverables
- Where possible, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to generate additional GP
- Awin’s Global New Business team has a collaborative and creative approach, working closely with offices around the world to win business. The right candidate will adopt an intelligent, proactive and consultative style and will be self-motivated and organised.

Skills and Expertise
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills
- Performance marketing experience and technical knowledge of the e-commerce sector strongly advantageous
