Graphic Designer
Job description
We are looking for a talented and versatile Full Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visuals across a variety of projects. You should be proficient in interpreting briefs, working within strict timelines, and adapting designs to suit the needs of diverse projects, including digital marketing initiatives, eCommerce platforms, and print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Design: Collaborate on website concepts, layout design, and user interface optimization to enhance the user experience.
- Image Bundling: Create visually appealing image bundles for various products
- Landing Pages: Design engaging landing pages that drive conversions and align with campaign objectives.
- Upsell Graphics: Develop attractive upsell designs that effectively communicate product value and encourage additional purchases.
- Product Listings: Create visually appealing product listings with high-quality images and engaging descriptions.
- A+ Content: Design A+ content that enhances amazon product pages
- Social Media Posts: Craft eye-catching graphics for social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- B2B Files: Produce professional marketing materials tailored for B2B communications. Need to have experience with printed stuff as well
- Brand Deck Slides: Create product slides for brand decks, ensuring a cohesive design that aligns with brand identity.
- Translations: Pay attention to transforming assets in English into other languages. The copy is translated by a translator, but the designer needs to be careful when copying, pasting and adapting the designs
- Image Ads: Design engaging image ads for platforms like Google Ads and social media to increase brand visibility.
- Email Campaigns: Create visually appealing email graphics that enhance marketing campaigns and drive reader engagement.
- Banners: Design online and offline banners that are visually striking and informative.
- Packaging Design: Develop innovative packaging designs that resonate with target audiences and comply with branding guidelines.
- Merchandising Assets: Create compelling visual merchandising assets for retail and promotional use.
- Presentations: Design informative and visually appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Tools and Technologies:
- Design Software: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Image Editing Tools: Skilled in photo editing and retouching using Photoshop
- Asset Management: Experience with sourcing and managing visual assets from online resources.
- Would be nice to have but not necessary: Familiarity with web design tools and content management systems (CMSs) like Shopify, or similar platforms.

Qualifications:
- Experience in graphic design, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media.
- Ability to interpret briefs accurately and produce creative solutions that meet outlined objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a responsible and proactive designer who possesses strong creative and technical skills. You must be a quick thinker, adept at sourcing assets and customizing designs to fit specific project requirements. Experience in eCommerce is preferred, and familiarity with online marketing principles will be an added advantage.
