The Role: The Graphic Designer for our Internal Brand is a key member of the Creative team for our rapidly growing organization. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual deliverables that build upon Disruptive Advertising’s brand guidelines and drive results. The right individual will maintain brand consistency while bringing new ideas to the table. They will have the ability to translate strategy & direction into designs, understand market research and incorporate data into their work, and understand what it means to design work relevant to today’s market. While 75% of your focus will be on enhancing Disruptive's brand, you'll also devote 25% of your time to other client work, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging role.

As a Graphic Designer, you will receive:

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Internal Brand Design: Devote the majority (75%) of your creative efforts to developing visually compelling designs that align with Disruptive Advertising’s brand guidelines. This includes a diverse range of materials such as marketing collateral, presentations, internal communications, and other branded assets.
  • Innovative Ideation: Bring fresh and creative ideas to the table while maintaining brand consistency. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, ensuring that design concepts not only meet established standards but also push the boundaries to keep the brand visually appealing and relevant.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with members of the Creative team and other departments to understand project requirements, provide design insights, and ensure the successful execution of visual concepts. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver designs that meet both creative and strategic objectives.
  • Client-Focused Design: Allocate 25% of your time to working on design projects for external clients. Understand and interpret client needs, translate them into visually compelling designs, and ensure that the work aligns with Disruptive Advertising’s quality standards while meeting client expectations.
  • Adaptability and Market Relevance: Stay current with design trends, market preferences, and technological advancements. Incorporate market research and data into your design process to create work that resonates with contemporary audiences. Demonstrate adaptability by evolving designs based on feedback and emerging industry trends.

What you need to be our Graphic Designer:

  • Hands-on experience as a creative (static designer), no minimum years of experience required
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD
  • Understand high-level how marketing for businesses work and how creative strategy and branding fits into that
  • Understand the marketplace today and how relevant trends play into a company's creative strategy
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency
  • Ability to translate strategy & direction into designs
  • Ability to bring new ideas to the table
  • Ability to understand how to do market research and incorporate it into your work
