We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer (focused on Ads & Performance) , based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and take lead on creative development for the client paid social media campaigns.
  • Up to 15–20 clients with 2-3 briefs per week.
  • Manage the creation of visual and graphic elements for marketing-related materials,
  • Utilize Ai platform for creative enhancements.
  • Ensure all templates, graphics, visual elements and materials adhere to defined brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Proactively work with project owners to move requests forward and maintain set deadlines while Providing outstanding service.
  • Maintain organized library of all project files.
  • Collaborates and brainstorms new ideas with the marketing team.
  • Translating written creative briefs into high production-value static & video ad content specified for each client.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience and general ad best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience with social media performance.
  • Ability to follow brief and input creative knowledge to best suit creative goal.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere. 
  • Experience with AI tools and ability to learn company's chosen tool.
  • Proficient in video editing, gif and static.(Required)
  • Experience with fashion & beauty. (Required)
  • Firefly knowledge is a plus
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
