As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing content for social media posts, advertising campaigns, and web pages. You will contribute to the overall brand identity and effectively communicate information to attract and engage customers. The role involves collaborating with other creatives and leadership to align design strategies with business goals.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Designing visual assets for the company in accordance with the principles of good design, the established brand identity, and effective/emergent content strategies. 
  • Presenting design concepts and drafts for review and approval. 
  • Clearly communicating the reasoning behind design choices and tradeoffs. 
  • Collaborating with other creatives and leadership to meet business goals. 
  • Incorporating feedback from the team. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design 
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools. 
  • Strong understanding of design principles and ability to apply them effectively. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and tradeoffs clearly. 
  • Ability to present design concepts and drafts for review and approval. 
  • Responsive to feedback and adaptable to incorporate changes based on team input. 
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting business goals through design. 
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
