As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the visual representation of our brand.

Position:

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who can translate our brand vision into visually appealing and effective design solutions for all marketing and non-marketing collateral. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to communicate ideas visually. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design work. [3+ years of experience preferred.]
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), familiarity with other design tools and software, understanding of digital design principles.
  • Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and present design concepts to team members.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take constructive feedback positively.

Role Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva, Google Slides and WordPress
  • Video and audio editing tools for short 30 sec stock video editing to webinars
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Talent with previous experience in software, SaaS, and/or AI and B2B would be preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Creative Designing: Create stunning creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, email newsletters, website content, sales assets conference/event materials.
  • Immediate responsibilities will be updating or creating new sales assets (e.g. presentations, collateral, etc..), conference materials, and campaign (advertising) creatives.
  • Content Creation: Develop creative visuals, illustrations, and infographics that effectively communicate marketing messages.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva to design and edit graphics efficiently.
  • Stay Informed on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
