A fast-growing clothing brand based in the High Colorado Rockies, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. Specializing in internal designs that capture the essence of outdoor adventures, this role is instrumental in translating the company's ethos and sustainability initiatives into compelling graphic prints for various clothing products.
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the brand. Your responsibilities will include:
Graphic Print Design:
● Develop captivating graphic prints that evoke the spirit of outdoor experiences.
● Develop custom icons, graphics, and prints to specific requests of the sales team
Illustration and Layout:
● Utilize Adobe Illustrator to craft visually compelling designs.
● Create layouts that resonate with the sales team's narrative.
Collaboration and Reporting:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements.
● Report to and work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to align on design strategies.
Brand Consistency:
● Ensure designs align with the brand's aesthetic and values.
● Uphold consistency across various design elements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
● Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design tools.
● Excellent reading comprehension skills in English; strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
● Proven experience in crafting visually appealing graphic designs.
● A passion for pushing creative boundaries and staying abreast of design trends.
● Detail oriented, able to follow numerous instructions in a task and complete all exactly as instructed
● Work seamlessly within a collaborative team environment.
● Take direction and feedback constructively.
