About the Role:
We are seeking a highly talented mid-level Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support marketing efforts across the Hims & Hers brands. As a Graphic Designer, you will be mainly responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs for our digital marketing platforms. Your designs will play a crucial role in improving brand awareness and attracting our target customers. You’ll get to collaborate with other talented designers, help shape the visual identity of our brand through digital advertising, and also have the opportunity to work on external print marketing & internal brand materials.
You Will:
- Take pre-established brand guides, art direction, and campaigns and translate them to digital ads, banners, and print marketing materials
- Work with a scalable, systems-first approach to designing ads, helping to create and optimize an efficient workflow.
- Work cross functionally with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to help maintain a constant flow of digital marketing assets
- Manage various projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of design
- Stay up-to-date on current advertising trends and suggest concepts that push our brand forward and effectively engage our target audience
- Be comfortable working independently and trusted to take a proactive approach to your tasks

You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
- 3-5 years of experience working on a fast-paced creative team or agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail
- Extensive experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with task management software like Monday.com or Asana
- Experience using design systems, components, and auto layout in Figma. (If you’re a Figma wizard, we need you!)
- Strong foundational knowledge of layout, typography, & photo editing and how to best utilize those design elements in digital banner ads
- An interest in exploring how we can use AI tools to increase efficiency
- Familiarity with testing and iterating on ads to improve performance marketing metrics
- Enthusiastic self-starter who is resourceful & adaptable when working in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication in regards to managing your time, setting expectations, and presentation

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.
H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying!
An estimate of the current salary range for US-based employees is
$75,000—$115,000 USD
