About the Job

This role will reside within the marketing org and will be responsible for designing the majority of our visual marketing collateral and assets. Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, you will partner closely with marketing leadership to develop Constructor’s strategic brand identity, creating overall style guidelines as well as website wireframes, social and blog graphics, and display ads.

Ideal candidates will have experience in page layout, brand identity, and graphic design, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in Hubspot, Figma, and/or WordPress (Elementor) and knowledge of HTML/CSS are a plus, but not required.

Passion for doing great work, attention to detail, and interest in learning about our product and audience are a must. Bonus for experience in B2B marketing and tech; we are looking for a skilled, experienced designer who understands the role of visual identity and can problem solve when it comes to explaining complex concepts with thoughtful visuals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning Constructor’s creative visual identity and ensuring it’s applied consistently
  • Evaluating content strategically to determine graphic needs
  • Designing optimized graphics for web, social, and paid media
  • Designing and updating slide decks for sales enablement
  • Designing and laying out ebooks and whitepapers
  • Wireframing site pages
