We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Growth Marketer to own innovative strategies for generating and converting leads for UENI.  Your goal every day will be to create campaigns to activate and retain new small business customers in a scalable, ROI-positive manner. This is a real opportunity to use creative digital marketing to scale a unique business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventive lead generation strategies, both online and offline, generating thousands of high-quality leads monthly.
  • Design digital campaigns for lead conversion, utilizing lead magnets, referral programs, and AI-generated lead generation tools.
  • Boost UENI's brand awareness among small business owners through creative marketing.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align marketing campaigns with UENI's business objectives.
  • Hit monthly KPIs for acquisitions/sales

Requirements

  • 3+ years SaaS marketing experience acquiring, activating, and monetizing business customers: you can point to specific things you have done with a clear commercial impact.
  • Customer-focused: you segment leads and customers and develop messaging to activate & upsell those customers
  • Creative: you create compelling, creative messaging using a variety of communication channels. You use your creativity to solve tough problems
  • CRO experience: you create high-converting funnels leveraging best practices.
  • Commercial experience: you know how to improve unit economics through a variety of means, such as increasing upsell rates, increasing customer retention rates, modifying pricing and launching alternate customer acquisition strategies.
  • Resourceful: you are well versed in all things digital marketing, from emails to paid media, copywriting to design, tech stack to data; you can add value in a lot of places.
  • Experience working with customers in the US market is mandatory
  • If you have particular experience in certain stages of the customer lifecycle, we would love to hear about it

  • Experience managing resources within a marketing team (team members as well as budgets) is a big plus
  • Experience working with small business customers is a plus
