The Arena Group’s expected annualized base salary range for this position is currently $85,000-$120,000. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of The Arena Group’s total compensation and benefits available to its employees.

What You’ll Do
- Devise and execute data-driven growth strategies anchored in iterative testing and a fearless "Fail in the pursuit of" mindset.
- Unearth untapped customer segments and cohorts within the financial subscription domain, driving their rapid and sustained growth while crafting solutions for real customer needs.
- Continuously scrutinize, optimize, and refine conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys, with an obsession for maximizing lead generation and conversion rates.
- Keep ahead of market trends and customer preferences, utilizing data-driven insights to pinpoint high-growth prospects and introduce disruptive innovations.
- Leverage advanced data analytics tools to meticulously track, measure, and report on KPIs and marketing campaign ROI, all while offering actionable insights and recommendations - working closely with our Business Intelligence team.
- Collaborate closely with content marketing to execute programs and campaigns that educate, inspire, and foster trust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to harmonize marketing endeavors with our overarching corporate objectives.
- Resourcefully manage marketing budgets, channeling resources for maximum impact and ROI, while maintaining a dedicated focus on experimentation.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a strong asset.
- A proven track record (3-5 years) of driving exceptional growth in marketing, particularly within the financial services or subscription product space.
- An innovative mindset centered on swift, iterative test-and-learn methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A knack for identifying and scaling lucrative segments and cohorts.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of independence, driving initiatives forward.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
