We Are Looking For:
As a Growth Analyst at NoGood, you’ll collaborate with your dedicated growth marketing squads to enable business growth for the agency’s clients. You’ll work closely with growth strategists, community managers and channel managers to understand the data & operational needs of clients and the agency to support the execution of marketing campaigns and growth experiments. You will track and analyze performance while recommending opportunities for improvement. You’ll bring a keen eye for detail and strong data chops to the table to expand the pace and quality of NoGood’s rapid growth experimentation framework.
The Growth Analyst will be a data evangelist within the NoGood team, helping drive a data-driven culture, and staying abreast of marketing and product data and growth trends that impact NoGood's business.
You Will Get To:
- Manage marketing campaigns on SEM, paid social, or other growth channels as needed
- Partner closely with strategists and channel managers to understand campaign requirements and flow, propose effective solutions for testing and scaling key campaigns
- Manage UTMs, event tagging and tracking needed for growth channels
- Drive cross-channel data analyses to identify optimization opportunities and implement - test recommendations to achieve best-in-class results
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators for individual and holistic campaigns
You Have:
- 1-2 years of work experience in a marketing agency, in-house marketing team or data analyst role
- Prior experience working in marketing automation, paid social or SEM campaign management. Being able to drive a data-driven analysis of campaign performance is a plus
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, ability to perform analyses and identify insights for optimization
- Strong attention to detail, extremely organized
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work closely with team members to understand channel partner’s operational needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with utmost focus and attention on customer conversations and performance metrics
- Entrepreneurial spirit; a self-starter and a quick learner
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
