SUPERHUMAN πŸ‘‰

Our customers get through their inbox twice as fast; many see inbox zero for the first time in years.

Come shape the future of email, communication, and productivity!

BUILD LOVE πŸ’œ

At Superhuman, we deeply understand how to build products that people love. We incorporate fun and play; we infuse magic and joy; we make experiences that amaze and delight.

It all starts with the right team β€” a team that deeply cares about values, customers, and each other.

CREATE MASSIVE IMPACT πŸš€

We're not solving a small problem, and we're not addressing a small market. We're going after email; the one activity that consumes more of our work day than any other.

Our ambition doesn't stop there. Next: calendars, notes, contacts, tasks. We are building the productivity platform of the future.

DO THE BEST WORK OF YOUR LIFE 🌟

Superhuman’s mission is to help people end their day feeling happier, more productive, and closer to achieving their potential. You will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve this mission by building a strategy to both target and acquire new groups of customers. Your job will be to look at our growth motions holistically, and determine where to invest time and resources based on a combination of inputs including our ICP, current channel performance, our GTM motions, and our medium-to-long term product strategy.

Your priority will be driving our self-serve user acquisition through a combination of paid and organic campaigns. We do both today, but we need an owner who can help us maximize the impact of these channels. Our ideal candidate has deep experience in driving performance marketing campaigns, and has the aptitude to also own our organic efforts. You own your budget, and will make decisions on where to invest additional resourcing and where to pull back based on performance. A good growth strategy should be holistic in nature, which is why this role includes both performance and organic channels. The north-star KPI for this role is revenue β€” while impressions, clicks, signups and seats are all important, your efforts should ultimately drive revenue.

As you ramp in your role, you will build the confidence and experience to also own building pipeline for our sales team, primarily through PLS (product-led-sales). MQLs aren’t a key focus of the role for now, but they will become more important as we scale.

In this role you’ll report directly to Sei, our Head of Marketing, and work closely with Alex, our Product Marketing Lead, and Gaurav, our Head of Growth. You collaborate with the rest of our marketing team, Growth PMs, Engineers, Designers and our Sales team. You will also work closely with our paid marketing and SEO agencies, helping them drive an even larger impact over the course of your time here.
