Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, create, test, and ship better designs, together. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by improving new user activation, conversion, and overall retention rate. As a data-driven growth marketing manager, you will work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to optimize our email and in-app touch points to drive growth and revenue. You will partner directly with our email and growth product teams to implement and launch new programs and experiments to improve overall user engagement.

You’re excited about continuous improvement and motivated by uncovering small wins that add up to a larger incremental impact on the business.

You enjoy working with data teams, designers, and marketers and thrive in cross-functional and complex organizational structures. You are a people person and bring empathy and thoughtfulness to all your interactions. We can’t wait to meet you.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Plan and develop a strategy to optimize and scale our lifecycle marketing program. Partner with our email and growth product teams to create and execute a roadmap of experiments that improve metrics across the funnel.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our users and their needs. Design campaigns that help users build repeatable habits and become more engaged with our product.
  • Implement experimentation processes that enable the team to work more efficiently and allow us to run more impactful experiments at a faster cadence
  • Utilize user data to improve the personalization and effectiveness of campaigns overall.
  • Rigorously monitor campaign and experiment performance and continuously strategize how to improve and unlock additional growth levers.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably at a PLG company.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Iterable, Customer.io, etc, and experience implementing or improving the impact of these tools
  • Deep knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other testing methodologies.
  • Comfortable crafting copy and making suggestions for optimizing imagery and overall email design and accessibility
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • If you are a data-driven, analytical, and strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and improving user experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. At Figma, we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, products, and community to flourish. Figma is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national orientation, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.
