The Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and engage our prospects and customers to accelerate their value with GoodTime. In this role, you have expertise in paid marketing, and executing key marketing operation functions such as personalized messaging in the product and touch-points involving mediums such as email, in-product, and ABM marketing support.
We are data-driven in everything we do. We test and measure all of our communications and tailor experiences to be personalized and contextual by audience segment.
What you’ll do
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including online paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing support
- Optimize digital channels for efficient lead acquisition, engagement, customer retention, and winback
- Support lifecycle marketing, evergreen campaigns across email to increase database engagement, reduce customer churn and improve retention
- Create and own an experimentation roadmap to execute a rigorous testing agenda, validate hypotheses and scale effective messaging interventions
- Leveraging marketing automation to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows. Implement and QA campaign attribution across all marketing systems.
- Write creative briefs and work with creative teams to design campaign assets
- Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success,Data, and Marketing to meet ambitious growth targets and to increase campaign performance through better tooling, automation and personalization
- Measure and report on the impact of projects, and collaborate to scale efficient levers
What you’ ll bring
- 5+ years in growth or marketing, with demonstrated experience creating and analyzing marketing campaigns, executing paid media campaigns, and supporting key marketing operations
- Experimentation experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing a testing roadmap
- Data-led decision making and analytical skills. You are expected to write and interpret queries and use data to identify opportunities for experimentation and optimization.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation technologies such as Hubspot, Chili Piper, and Salesforce
- Creative and empathetic thinker; you always think customer first
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams with a win-as-a-team mentality
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
